Our Community

Our friendly and inclusive co-working space for rent provides businesses and individuals with a place where collaboration and community are highly valued. Whether we are celebrating a special occasion, hosting an event, raising funds and awareness for charity or battling it out in a pool competition, we like to bring some fun and atmosphere to the workplace!

Why is CREATE Business Hub so unique?

A comfortable, unique workplace with breakout areas and creative aspects isn’t simply for fun (although it IS fun!), it is in our opinion an essential aspect to creating a balanced, calm, working atmosphere. Our welcoming and quirky offices boost morale and helps to enhance workplace wellbeing, as well as encouraging staff retention and social networking between offices.

To achieve this we, brought together a team of experts from interior design and architecture, to IT and more, to create an immersive and stimulating workspace not usually found outside of London. Businesses looking for office space in Essex have had to put up with uninspiring ‘normal’ places to work from for too long, we wanted to change that, so with our dedicated team, great locations and personal touches, CREATE Business Hub was born.

We moved into CREATE Business Hub six months after they opened... it’s a great place to work... it’s a fun, friendly, creative environment and it has a real community feel. We viewed numerous office spaces when we were looking to relocate, but they all felt so stuffy and corporate compared to here. We love that everyone says hello to each other at the Hub and they are so neighbourly... (and the Christmas parties are on point!).

Three and a half happy years at CREATE Business Hub. Nowhere else in the local area can even begin to tick as many boxes as here. We moved into a two-person office and over the course of the last two years, as we have grown we have been able to move to bigger offices as and when they become available. Whether they realise it or not, Karen, Suzie & the CREATE team have played a crucial, but subtle role in helping PRIMA to grow in a safe & seamless manner.

This is a very nice, friendly place to work. We have been at CREATE Business Hub for over three years now. Karen, Suzie and Kevin are absolutely marvellous at their jobs and will do everything to ensure you are happy in your workplace (no job is too small!). It is bright, clean and modern and we would recommend to anyone looking for a professional work environment.

CREATE Business Hub is a great place to rent an office. The CREATE staff are all really friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much. They arrange charity events, pool tournaments and many other competitions throughout the year, meaning there is a real community feel amongst the different businesses who rent in CREATE. I highly recommend CREATE Business Hub!

We have recently relocated our business premises to CREATE Business Hub Shenfield. The transition of the move was so smooth and easy and the team at CREATE were flexible and welcoming. The facilities are brilliant, and the building is always immaculate. There is someone always on hand to help with any enquires and Suzie and Dan at the front desk are always extremely welcoming.
